GUIDE LINES TO PARENTS

  • Parents should see that their children attend the school in prescribed uniform, they are punctual, come to the school with the necessary books and stationery, abide by the discipline rules and participate in co-curricular activities.
  • Parents should not encourage their wards to wear ornaments and heavy jewellery during school hours.
  • Parents / guardians are requested not to see their children or meet the teachers during school hours without prior permission from the Principal / Vice Principal / Headmaster / Headmistress.
  • Parents  and guardians are  expected to be vigilant  about their children returning home immediately after school hours except on those days when they stay on for co-curricular activities   or extra classes. It may be noted that the responsibility of the authorities ceases immediately after school hours.
  • Please check the school calendar everyday when the child comes back from the school and   r e a d the messages, circulars and reports that are conveyed and sign them as and when r e q u i r e d . T h e teachers will communicate with you through this handbook. Your prompt attention to their remarks is very essential.
  • As per the recent guidelines from CBSE and to make learning a joyful experience home assignment shall be minimum up to class V and hence parents are requested to motivate their wards towards extra reading and development of useful hobbies. Parents may please encourage them towards purposeful use of their free hours.
  • Please see to that your ward/s bring the books to school as per their time table so as to reduce the weight of their school bag.
  • Students are not allowed to bring mobile phones or any other electronic devices to the school.
  • In the presence of the child, criticism of a teacher should be avoided because it undermines his / her respect for the teacher and the school.
  • The "OPEN HOUSE" Day is a day on which parents have the opportunity to meet teachers to discuss the progress / problems of their children.
  • Progress reports of KG1 & KG2 will be issued in June, December and March.
  • Progress reports of Gr. 1 to 12 will be uploaded online after one week of every open house.
  • The school does   not  accept any  responsibility  whatsoever  for  any  disease  that  may  be contracted  by  any  student  or  person  either  travelling  to  or  from  the  school,  or  at  the  school either during or after school hours.
  • Any change in residential address or telephone number should be immediately notified to the school authorities.
  • Renewed Emirates Identity Card should be produced to the office on expiry of the existing card.
  • Correspondence   with   the   Governing   Council   concerning   school   matters   must   be   made through proper channel and Principal.
  • Suggestions made by parents in a healthy and constructive spirit are always welcome and will be given due attention.
  •  The Principal reserves the right to admit or refuse admission to any child and to revise the rules & regulations as and when required, without notice, in the best interest of the school.
  • Parents and guardians are requested to cooperate with the school in its endeavors to ensure harmonious growth and development of their children.
  • Syllabi, Examinations, Tests, C.C.A.&E.C.A. Schedules have also been printed for reference and to prepare the child in advance. Any change in the schedule will be notified orannounced accordingly.
  • Parents should encouragetheir wards to participate in all activities of the school with interest and vigour.
